The 8 days tour takes you to the most fascinating Uganda safari national parks which are Queen Elizabeth national park, Murchison falls national park, Kibale forest park, and Lake Mburo national park which is the closest savannah national park in Uganda from Kampala. This safari will expose you to the highest population of wildlife such as hippos, elephant, buffalos, zebras, antelopes and verity of bird species. Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison falls national park

After your morning breakfast, you are picked by our company representative and set off for Murchison falls national park. The journey takes you about 7- 8 hours’ drive with a lunch stopover at Masindi hotel or Kabalega dinners. Upon arriving in the park, proceed to the top of the falls where you delight in great experience of the beautiful Murchison falls, feel free to take photos that will give you wonderful memories on your safari. While here, catch glimpse of the Nile river forcing itself through a narrow 7 meters gorge with rocks which give a stunning appearance to the falls. Then proceed to the park for dinner and overnight at Paraa safari lodge\Nile safari camp\red chill camp.

Day 2: Game drive and Boat cruise to the bottom of the falls

After an early morning breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in the park , where you get chance to search for a variety of wildlife like buffalos, elephants, Uganda cobs, leopards, giraffe, hyena and many others. After the enchanting experience, get back to the lodge for lunch.

After lunch, transfer to paraa for the boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will have a chance to view amazing wild life like hippos Nile crocodiles, buffaloes, elephants and many others.  You will also have a chance to see a variety colorful bird species like rare shoe bill, heron, African fish eagle, black headed gonolek, grey crowned crane and many others. Later get back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Paraa safari lodge, red chill camp, Nile safari lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale forest national park

After an early breakfast, you will drive heading to south western to Kibale forest national park which is home to the exciting primates. Enjoy your lunch en route and then proceed to the park. Reaching the park late afternoon, check in at your booked lodge, relax, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: chimp trekking – bigot sanctuary

Early morning after taking a cup of tea, you will go to the Kanyanchu to track chimps and other varieties of primates within Kibale forest. Here you will love the great experience with the chimpanzee behaviors champing and playing from one tree branch to another, meet chimps like vervet monkeys, grey- checked mangabey, l`hoest, red tailed monkey. Return to the lodge for lunch.

In the afternoon, delight in a guided nature walk and visit bigodi swamp where you get a chance to see other primates and variety of bird species like heron, sun birds and many others, then after get back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Cultural experience and transfer to queen Elizabeth National Park

Here you wake up early in the morning for breakfast, and then meet your guide to visit Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru cultural site.  Upon arrival at the site, you are briefed about the dos and don’ts before you head out to trek the caves.  While here, enjoy listening to the interesting legendry stories and uniqueness of the historic caves. Don’t hesitate to take pictures that give you unforgettable memories. Later transfer to fort portal town for lunch and then take a drive to queen Elizabeth national park for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: game drive- boat cruise on kazinga channel

After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive which is the best time to sight breath taking wildlife games in Queen Elizabeth national. You enjoy viewing a lot of wildlife like Uganda Kob, elephants, warthogs, giraffes, leopards, waterbucks, bush babies and many others. After the thrilling experience, get back to the lodge for lunch and short relaxation.

Later in the afternoon, delight in a boat cruise on kazinga channel which connects lake Edward and lake gorge. The boat cruise gives you chance to rewarding views of the wild life like huge population of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalos among other animals that come to quench off their thirsty. You as well delight in viewing a variety of bird species like African fish eagle, king fisher, flamingos among others.  After the recreation adventure, return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park

After an early breakfast at the lodge, hit the road to lake Mburo national park where you will have a stopover in Mbarara city for lunch at Igongo culture and then proceed lake Mburo national park. Upon arrival in the park, embark on a boat ride to explore the beauty of the lake Mburo where you have a great chance to see the hippos, crocodiles and bird species, like king fishers, African fish eagle among others. Proceed to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day8: Game drive and Transfer to Kampala

Wake up an early for a cup of coffee and head out for a game drive to search for wildlife like zebras, eland, oribs, kobs, and many others. Get back to the lodge for a late breakfast and then check out from the lodge and drive back to Kampala with an optional stopover at the Uganda equator to stretch, take pictures and lunch then proceed to Kampala. Arriving in the evening, your driver drops you at your hotel of residence or at you’re the airport to catch up with your flight to the next destination.
