Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit unserem Fahrer Allan, der uns 11 Tage lang durch Uganda begleitet hat. Er war nicht nur ein außerordentlich guter Fahrer, er hat unsere Reise einfach perfekt gemacht. Sein unglaubliches Fachwissen über die Tier- und Vogelwelt während der Game Drives in den Nationalparks und über die Kultur während unserer Überlandfahrten haben uns das Land so viel näher gebracht. Er hat so viele Tiere entdeckt, die wir gar nicht gesehen hätten.
Seine Fahrkünste sind ausgezeichnet.
Allan war zu keiner Weise aufdringlich, aber immer präsent und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ihm haben wir es auch zu verdanken, dass mein Vater das Gorillatrekking mitgemacht hat, obwohl er es absagen wollte, weil er sich nicht fit genug fühlte. Mit einer unglaublichen Ruhe hat er meinen Vater doch dazu bekommen, die Wanderung zu machen. Mein Vater war danach unglaublich stolz. Vielen Dank dafür Allan.
Allan ist sehr gut vernetzt, was wir an jedem Ort gemerkt haben.
Er hat stets perfekte Fotostopps eingebaut, war unglaublich flexibel und zu jeder Zeit freundlich. Er hat eine unglaublich warme und humorvolle Persönlichkeit, die uns in kurzer Zeit sehr ans Herz gewachsen ist.
Auch Phionah möchte ich danken, für ihre Geduld. Sie hat auf jede Frage immer direkt geantwortet. Darüber hinaus hat Rent A Driver Uganda sich um die Permits für die Gorilla- und Schimpansentrekkings gekümmert, was ebenfalls reibungslos lief.
Das Auto war im einwandfreien  Zustand und sauber.
Für die Bezahlung kam Phionah zu uns ins Hotel, was es für uns unglaublich einfach gemacht hat. Es war schön dich kennenzulernen!
Wir haben uns zu keiner Zeit, trotz derzeitiger erhöhter Sicherheitsbedenken wie Kriminalität und Ebola unsicher gefühlt.

Allan was an outstanding guide and driver throughout our round roadtrip starting from Entebbe and back again to Kampala, covering the national parks of Lake Mburo, Queen Elizabeth (Ishasha and Kyambura), Bwindi, and the Murchison Falls.

He is incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always making sure we had the best views, the best photos, and unforgettable memories. His “eagle eye” for spotting animals and birds is truly impressive, and his deep knowledge of wildlife and local culture and traditions made every moment even more special. He consistently went above and beyond, suggesting extra experiences even when it meant longer drives for him.

A big thank you as well to Madam Phionah for the excellent organization and smooth communication, especially with the permit bookings.

We had an exceptional trip with Allan as our driver! He was really patient, understanding, and flexible as an unexpected medical issue arose for us during the trip, causing us to need to make a few last minute changes to the itinerary.

We spent 7 total days on the trip, and traveled from Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth and then to Murchison Falls. Allan gave great suggestions for food for us (we are vegans). On the game drives, Allan managed to avoid getting stuck in the mud and even came to the rescue of another driver who wasn't so cautious. He was excellent at spotting the animals and always had fun facts to share.

We had the privilege to have Juma as our driver during our trip to Uganda. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable about the city and the wildlife around us ( at Queen Elizabeth and Murchison national park), his positive attitude was great to have around.

Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes et avons passé un super séjour grâce aux chauffeurs qui nous ont accompagnés tout au long du voyage.
